Open Water Sales Consulting was founded by Scott Trainor, an executive with close to 30 years of experience leading sales teams of varying size and complexity.

Scott intentionally built his own corporate career by seeking out bigger and more challenging experiences where he could deliver incremental value to the organizations that he served. He understands that the lifeblood of any business is revenue growth.
